Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Twelve East Advisors ("Twelve East," "we," "us," or "our"), a transaction advisory firm located in Chicago, Illinois.

Nature of Services
Twelve East Advisors is a transaction advisory firm that provides capital advisory services to family offices, high-net-worth individuals, founders, and lower-middle-market companies. Our advisory services include structuring and sourcing liquidity solutions, debt placement, and related capital advisory.

Regulatory Matters
Twelve East Advisors operates in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations governing transaction advisory and securities activities. Securities-related activities are conducted through Metropolitan Capital Investment Banc (MCIB), member FINRA and SIPC.
Information about MCIB, including its background and disciplinary history, is available through FINRA's BrokerCheck at www.finra.org/brokercheck.
Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as an attempt to conduct securities business in any jurisdiction where Twelve East Advisors or MCIB is not properly registered or exempt from registration.
Privacy

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Cook County, Illinois. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability
